Holiday Inn By the Bay is basically sold out with limited rooms available. All room reservations with Holiday Inn By the Bay must be made before 1-19-2026. Standard rooms are at a reduced rate of $189 per night. Does not include 1.5 % City Tax or 9% State Lodging Tax. Fees are subject to change. Conference room rates are available 3 days pre and post conference dates.

PARKING:
Overnight guests park under the hotel for $15 per vehicle, per night with unlimited in and out privileges. Day guests park in the external garage at a rate of $5 per vehicle, per day with one in and out.

We have added overflow rooms at The Westin Portland Harborview. They are located at 157 High Street, Portland, Maine, 04101, which is about a 4-minute walk to the Holiday Inn By the Bay. All room reservations with The Westin must be made before 1-29-2026. Standard rooms are at a reduced rate of $189 per night. Does not include 1.5 % City Tax or 9% State Lodging Tax. Fees are subject to change. Hotel Reservations for NERAASA at The Westin may be made online by clicking on the link The Westin Portland Harborview for NERAASA. Conference room rates are available 3 days pre and post conference dates. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes. At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by Hotel, on which Hotel may place a hold in accordance with Hotel’s standard procedure or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest’s estimated charges, if prepayment has not already been made.

PARKING at The Westin:
Hotel parking is currently priced at: $38.00 a day for Self-Parking and $43 for Valet. Prices are subject to change without notice.
